We accepts non-defective and unopened returns within 30 days of the order date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 21 days from the issue date, must be obtained. RMA numbers must be displayed clearly on the outside of the return shipping box.
We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Shipment tracking links are sent immediately after the carrier picks up the order for delivery. Delivery status can be obtained in the shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for initial online tracking information to become available.
